What was Shatter like in the dark?
It definitely added another dimension. It was pretty spicy for my buddy, his light kept randomly turning off without warning.
Steep, loose, chunky, skiddy. It’s a good time but I like weird stuff.
I’d guess the majority of people would get to the bottom and think what the f*^# was that and why did I just waste all that vert.

It feels so good to be riding again! Well, felt so good until I ran into 1 mile of completely horse-fucked trail, man I hate those rich douchetards wannabe cowboys taking their mules on wet trails!!!
Been spending a fair bit of time in AF this season. Every time I find something new and fun. That canyon is really cool.

AF is sweet, though a different ballgame altogether on a moto I would imagine. A lot more HAB without a motor :D I been meaning to check out that GOAT trail for years.
Who's sick of the damn smoke? The last couple days have been pretty bad.
True. It's not nearly as big of a deal for me to take a spur and just see where it goes. Been having fun just exploring and seeing what I find. There's a whole lot that is not on the maps to ride there. Seems like it would be great on an ebike. There's not a ton there that I would want to pedal right now given the level of moon dust.
I expected GOAT to be harder actually. I didn't ride all of it, only the top half but unless the bottom half is way harder it doesn't deserve the double black pro rating or whatever it's marked in TF.
Looks nice. How’s the air up there?
Went back for some more tonight.

Follow the yellow brick road! Love to ride the golden trails when the wind blows and it rains more gold on you. Gotta enjoy it fast before it's gone.
Snuck in a high elevation ride on Sat in case the storm decided to deliver and ruin things. Looks like it was a false alarm.

RIP old tree
Not in the Wasatch, but having an Enduro bike makes a big difference in the desert. Dragged my brother in law down the whole enchilada yesterday and boy was the fun factor noticibly different on the Ibis Mojo HD from the last time I rode it on a Santa Cruz Hightower.

How blown out was WE? I’m thinking of running over Thurs. good Pics!
I would say blown out. I had only ridden 2/3 of the enchilada prior to this ride, but burro pass and hazard country seemed pretty blown out and I remember thinking about the shelf life of trails as I was descending hazard country so there's that... I had a blast regardless.
I caught a video from the whole enchilada from last week, it looks a forest service road. Not good
Blown out is blown out, what’s to get?
Ya the whole enchilada is just a boring dirt road and its actually uphill both ways. I don't get the hype at all, the views suck and the riding is just plain boring.
But you're a gravel biker so I bet you'd love it!
On a side note, I'm pretty sure we saw David Goggins running the Moab 240 on the way to the trailhead sunday morning. #stayhard!
I’m a cyclist, guy. Get it straight.
