So, not conditions per se, but...
A buddy is selling his Park City condo. I know nothing about the condo, but I know that he's a good and honest guy, despite being PSIA.

Question answered
Is there an updated (or 14/15) Wasatch conditions thread? I was going to post this there, but I can't find it...
Headed to SLC for a few days (Sun-Tues) and hoping to bag a peak before work on Tuesday. Webcams show a light dusting on the high peaks, but otherwise seem game on for peak bagging. Any suggestions for a particularly awesome peak to bag in either BCC or LCC?? Trail or class 2-3. Would hiking up trails at Alta to Mt. Baldy be worthwhile? Other recs? I will be mostly hiking in the dark with a headlamp (pre-dawn).
Take the trail to Cardiff pass from Lady of Snows chapel. Traverse ridge up to Superior. Maybe see a goat. See everything from Alta to Great Salt Lake.
Thread opens when skis are waxed. Bad juju to open it early
Hell yeah, thanks. Sounds perfect. I like goats. Yep, this is a strictly dryland adventure, but I couldn't find a "great peaks of the Wasatch to scramble without snow" thread. Looking forward to (very briefly) checking out this playground y'all get to call home.
I did find a couple other hilarious Utah threads in my searching including this one full of Utah hate/love (http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/s...oving-to-Tahoe) and this one full of skiing bikinis (http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/s...hlight=wasatch). Enjoy
Haha busy now but will try to look. Have fun, its a cool hike.

That Thatcher thread is HOF for sure.
Superior across the street. Baldy is doable and easy.
Pfiefferhorn from White Pine parking lot is a great hike too, more of a day hike than Soup.
+1 for the Pfieff, that's probably my favorite hike of the ones I've done
Is there a 15/16 thread up?
