I’ve only mounted one pair of dynafit and one pair of marker alpinists myself, but “enough force to rip the front screw out” does not sound good to me and doesn’t sound in family with my limited experience.

Battle of the 188s.
Mounted up some MVP108s and Sheeva 11s (Rustler 11 with ladies topsheet as I understand it).

Borrowed Eluder's sth2 jig--oh boy does it make life easy compared to fiddling with paper templates. Especially when dodging hole conflicts on the Sheevas (2 prior mounts, filled with bamboo and g/flex).
10/10, would recommend.
Another successful mount in the books. Pardon the messy workbench.

Those Hoji’s look like so much fun. My dream powder touring setup. I might have to grab a pair before they go out of stock for the year.

[QUOTE=ey_allen;7007325]Ha. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to keeping shit out of the way, but mounting skis with a tight timeline and the help of a 5 year old means all the things all over the place.[/QUOT
Nice mount and nice work space.
That is my dream garage setup. Nice setup and mount!

Anybody try a flush-cut saw to remove plugs? Is it any better than a chisel or razor blade?
Personal preference. A fine tooth saw works fine.

that’s what you want to flatten out plugs.
I just use my oscillating multi-tool.

yeah i asume he means trimming excess, I thot I just bashed plastic plugs in mostly flush with topsheet, an olfa knife works fine to shave down whatever is left of plastic plugs, but cutting a dowel or skewer is a little tedious so a very fine hand saw would be nice otoh I wouldn't go out and buy one just for that
startin’ point…

fact.
Any idea if Speed Radicals and Warden 11s would see screw hole overlap? My template overlaws on photoshop say us but easily remedied by shifting ~1cm, but just wanted to see if others know for sure
Virgins?!?
