I'll add a few more from my 4th of July weekend. This is a 4 year old bad boy that got caught eating cattle in Wyoming and was relocated into the Park last Fall. He just turned up in Hayden Valley about 4 days ago and will hopefully fill out from his rather scrawny state and roam the Park for many years to come.

I ended up going with the Sony 70-400 G II upon your advice and the recommendation of the rental company. Honestly, I now almost want to sell my 70-200 f/2.8 for that lens and "upgrade". I rarely use the 70-200 @ f/2.8 anyway.....

Actually no. That was shot at 11mm on a crop. A CP would streak the sky. But Tahoe is such a deep, rich blue on a sunny day and being out on the water reflects so much light that colors feel really bold often. The water appears green there because we are crossing a relatively shallow sandy area and it gives off a bright teal.Quote:

Nice pics. Is that part of the Y Couloir on Ypsilon Mtn that you're referring to? It does go, just not right now.
