Dropped ropes on most of 1 today. ABowl, Zoom, Busy Gully we're all $$. The steep trees had a lot of untouched snow. Get after it.
I'm interested to find out if anyone knows the 4 snowboarders who set off at least 2 avalanches by going out to Mine Dumps at Loveland. Gnarly. The debris almost closed a lane.
I saw two boarders going out there with zero equipment and taking the wrong path on Saturday right after they opened the gate...But that doesn't help your wonderment on the last round of yahoos. :)Quote:

4 opened up today and it was good. Sunburst especially. Ended up taking a few laps with auvgeek. (Good to meet you!)

West Ropes are open and pretty darn full o' snow. Skied them yesterday, which was also In December. Wowza.
Caught rope drop on them on Saturday -- patrol was kind enough to tell me to get on the lift with them to go open them up. Some sun-affect in a few places, but super good.Quote:
