Kid in my HS class has an uncle a year older. Friend of thing #3 has a nephew a year younger. It happens. 2nd marriages, or birth control oops, things like that. It's not just for Mormons and Catholics.

I worked with a woman in CO who had her daughter at 16 and then became a grandmother at 32 while I knew her.
As a nurse, I’ve had a couple patients in their early 50s who were great grandmothers. One patient who was mid 60s and a great great grandmother.
