It looks like they shorted us $100. I paid $899 last year and I only have a $799 credit. Am I missing something?
System must be overloaded. I can't get to final payment window.
I talked to support. looks like they had an issue with crediting the pass insurance (if you bought it last year) they told me to not add insurance when I check out and they will contact me in a few weeks to add it once they get the credit sorted out.

Got deferral credit, bought new passes. Worked smoothly on a desktop computer.
^^^same, easy process. paid additional $50 for me and $10 for 5 yo, price increase for this year. Hoping to use next week at Mammoth...I guess we go to the ticket window to get a day ticket each day?
I looked around the Ikon website to try to find that info -- didn't see anything. If you find it, please post a link here - we're going to Mammoth too. I'll bring a printout of the 21/22 pass purchase, and the existing Ikon pass cards, and see what happens at the ticket window.Quote:

Well the $999 hasn't gone up, but they're only giving me the $799 deferral credit + $100 off for renewal so asking for $100 payment, not quite the roll it over to next year I'd been led to believe.
Squaw gave me my 21-22 pass
When I talked to support they reminded me that back in June/July of 2020 they gave me an additional $100 credit due to the season (2019) ending early due to COVID. If you did the installment plan back then they reduced the monthly payment from $175 for four months to $150.
So it all lined up.

Only can attest to when we got our first ikon and we picked it up in spring at Squaw at the ticket window. I imagine Mammoth would be the same. Forgot my pass this year and we parked at chair 4. I hiked over the knoll and skied down to canyon lodge and got a new pass in about 5 minutes.Quote:
