What in the hell happened today on 70/Loveland? Really though, roads were clear a on 70/Loveland Pass at 2pm but then everything started closing. This is remarkable the dumbassery that shuts these roads down. This was not even a "big" storm yet it put people's traffic times at 5+ hours delayed. Remarkable.
The boat thing still bothers me. Not because someone was dumb enough to have an ill-equipped rig and had to back up a bunch of traffic, no. Its because I was in that traffic and I also saw the boat. I wanted to pull over in front of the boat, hop in and have the wife take some pics of me in the boat like I was sailing (ok, its a motor boat, piloting) it. I had to assume, however, that all of the people in the traffic that saw me doing this would assume that I was the cause of the traffic and that I'd likely be shot.Quote:
