DC's weird. It's legal to possess it but it's illegal to sell it (there is medical sales). But there's places around where you can buy, like, a t-shirt for X amount of money, like say $50. , and they give you a "free gift" of an amount of weed with the shirt (or hat, or whatever). I've never been to one of the places but my kid has, he says it's no problem, but I saw what he got for $50 and it was pretty much a ripoff. Decent enough weed but not much of it.
