Since I hadn't done it yet this year, I decided to do the big Kennebec Pass loop from town last Saturday.
First, slog up pavement for an hour and a half.

Then, suffer up a dirt road for another two hours. This is the view from the top.

Get on the Colorado Trail and and ride over to the top of Sliderock, where you can see all the way back to town (almost). It's down there somewhere.

Look to the left and see the top of the Sliderock trail, you can see the Goblin fire as well.

Warm weather and rain the past week has ruined the early season skiing here in Kimberley, so back on the bike today for a ride.
Very cool look to the trails as the Larch have lost their needles and everything is coloured golden.

Classic Bellingham after work shred last thursday
Decided to do a weekend in Squamish. Saturday was epic, rode the new machine built legacy climbing trail ti angry midget, then down and met some locals who showed more goods. Beers, drunken no lights riding shenanigans, free lodging, riding with a pack of ripping ladies on the north side of town and finishing with beers on the river made sunday go ham
