“fx”?
It's the TV station that shows nothing but leg fractures.
What a bummer. The DNF list doesn't say who got injured...had no idea. She was skiing so well lately.
Darn, that's too bad.
I was watching live on Eurosport... hard to watch...
vonn's face said it all... just said to myself must be so hard to race the weekend before the olympics but its like any other week where a fall can be devastating....
Looks like #81 under her belt. From the higher start. How many wins is that this year? 4?
Carrying some momentum into the Olympics.
Anyone know what the course is like?
Old war horse can still make the call.

Just checked...it is four:
Two DH in Garmisch
One DH in Cortina D'Ampezzo
One SG in Val D'Isere.
She also won the SG leg of the Lenzerheide combined, but that don't count.
Seems like she's coming on strong lately. Bodes well for both these Olympics and her chance of surpassing Stenmark's record.
wiles leg looks broken before she even falls.
jesus i just saw the whole video on a computer instead of a phone and she stands up at the end. it's horrible but it looks like it could have been worse if she had tumbled more. it looks like she mostly slides rather than having that broken leg pinwheeling.
Feel so bad for Jackie. That fall was brutal and hard to watch. Same with Stacey's today. She caught an edge and was down in an instant. Bloody face. Maybe no other injuries, hopefully, seeing as she violently hit the fences but with her back. Breezy with another solid run means she could be in the medal hunt!
Vonns a rollin! Thoughts to Wiles.
Hoping she does well tonight.
