how was it at the bowl today, and don't give me any cryptic answers. i wouldn't hold out on you. please and thanks.
It was boot deep where it hadn't been skiied and still bullet proof if you scrape it to the bottom. If it keeps up tonight like it did in the afternoon there may be a couple fresh inches in the morning.
Sorry, but if you can't get your ass up the mountain except for when it's "good", I can't see that you've earned non-cryptic reports, same goes for all of the other fair-weather powder pouncers.
That said, I'd say there were "improved variable" conditions today.
^^^that's not it at all. i was wondering if it was going to be an early rise, first chair type of day. also, i'd love to ride a pair of skis other than my prophet 100s.
i have to make an appearance at work every day, as i only have one employee.
who's going up today?
The bowl is on the mend. Not healed, maybe healing, but with the sun and the lousy forecast, it seems a return to misery is inevitable. Lots of nice lines in the trees.
Woot woot! It should be a brand new mountain tomorrow.
Sheep Mountain Saturday.
Not bad, but a very long day. Parked at Gold Creek and skinned up the west face.

six is the new sixteen!
2nd bowl looks a little thin!
Crap. I said west face. I meant east face. Since the west face is about 20 miles from Gold Creek, that makes more sense.
oh sure it's snowing, but the road is more hazardous than ever and I do believe we've lost base depth since last friday
Bitching, is the new stoke! Cloud Cult i enjoy your pics, Check wnw - ridge of Sheep next time. You might like Finnley creek via the bowl.
True to form, just when the skiing starts to improve, the forecast calls for the dreaded orb in the sky to return. At least there were some sweet turns to be had today.
Never enough grey in my day! "who loves the sun, ba bab ba, not every one"
heard the sun was shining up at the bowl today... was not the case at the G spot today. Although slightly interesting it was pretty damn good which was surprising to me seeing as how theres like nothing as far as snow goes where you park. on the descent the snow went from awesome > crusty > good again
Well, at least the Last Run Inn is still killin' it.
How do you know when a woman is having a orgasm?
Rattlesnake on Saturday. Nice.

Ski cut an 8 inch slab, 30 feet wide and about the same long on a terrain feature 38 degrees steep.
Sheep Mountain Sunday.

Nice boottop snow on trees in the north faces, miserable crusts elsewhere.
