That's pretty much a red flag for potential durability issues. They haven't been available for very long, basically only obtainable in Europe, but I have heard grumblings on forums there about reliability and warranty hassles. Also, food for thought, but DJI is completely pulling out of the USA because of tariff stuff directly targeting them (as a Chinese drone and camera manufacturer). I read that they're spinning off the ebike motor division into a separate company, but nothing concrete. Given what a fiasco Shimano motors turned out to be, I personally won't consider buying an ebike with Avinox until there's a couple years of history to get a sense for what their warranty is like in reality. I took a pretty big leap of faith on getting a bike with a Fazua 60 (Porsche), and while their warranty support has been acceptable, I'd be really reluctant to wholeheartedly endorse them.
