It's excellent in snow (great AWD system), and the most comfortable long distance vehicle I've ever had. Basically it's a Pilot with a bed. It's wider than the Tacoma/ Frontier/ Ranger, which gives more inside room, but parking in the garage is tighter as a result.
Criticisms: it's not as well built as the Japanese built Lexus or Toyota products I've had. The infotainment is a bit out dated. Mileage could be better - - a hybrid version would be ideal. I get around 23 mpg all around, with a fair amount of mountain driving.
