Why are all the stores ignoring Porters this year? There are plenty of stouts and they keep trying to tell me I'm supposed to like these excessively creamy and often way too sweet syrupy things. It's like you have to like IPAs, sour fruity shit or $20/4 pack pints of goop and dislike hearty Ambers and Browns, and Dark Lagers and Porters should just be forgotten.
