Yep, keep your shit on the DL until the divorce is final unless you want her making your life a living hell ala Sam K https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GXPd0fnpKw
It only took 10mins to get married, seems like its going to take forever to get un-married.
...and its more expensive.
I'll never quite understand why the gays wanted to get married so much.
Or why women wanted to work.
It's all about the forbidden fruit. If somebody tells you you can't have it, you want it. Human nature.
Based on this principle, I tell every chick I meet they can't have my dick.
I'm beginning to think there may be a flaw in my principle.
What does golf have to do with this?
Can anyone explain "Reasonable Medical Support Obligation" to me. We are trying to get this thing done quickly and though maybe we could just agree on shit and this line was in the paperwork under the child support area with a dollar amount in it, I crossed out the dollar amount and put a zero. But im thinking I should have just left it??
Perhaps she wants you to cover her deductible in the future? $0.00
Is there a child supported on your health care?
Quick may in the short term feel better faster but you may end up with her hand in your bank account which you do not want.
Do you want to pay for the birth control so her va jayjay can run wild?
We have some friends that are dealing with a son that sued them (and lost) and they have each had restraining orders issued against the other but they are still required to cover his med ins while he is a full time student even though they are totally estranged.
Seems like I have heard horror stories about a child conceived in marriage being the responsibility of the husband regardless of actual parentage...
Could just be old wives tales... not sure. Careful, though.
It means that you probably cover your kid's health insurance and that is the cost of coverage or that is the amount your wife will be paying for the kid's insurance and that is the amount you will pay. It's all part of child support and will factor into any general child support payments you will make to your wife if she's the custodial parent. Pay it, it's tax deductible and general child support isn't.
Isn't your kid 17? You might also consider paying more alimony/maintenance instead of more child support because alimony is tax deductible, if your wife will go for it. Just figure paying the alimony for the amount of time you would be paying child support, a couple years.
