That second run was very impressive. Almost as if she knew she had to ski 95% instead of the 85% she typically skis at. And she still only had one bobble in there. But she was going so much faster than any other skier at that point that the bobble barely registered in her overall time.
The idea that she does risk management to prevent injury is very interesting, right now she is faster than everyone but can go even faster. That has to be very depressing for the competition,Quote:

^^She seems to be finished. I watched her last super g race, she DNF'd i think. But she looked awful. Totally out of whack, either because of her boots, or her body was just killing her. She also looks super skinny. I know she has been training in Maui, just does not seem to be doing any strength training.
Anyway, chick won the GS gold medal.
