You have no idea how honored I would be, in this the last year of our Northback, hallowed be her name, virgin, liftless with all her charms hidden beyond the seven cedar veils. Or were they Doug fir? Eschewed by boarders due to the hellish Ho Chi Minh trail.
Anyway, you realize that there are constraints..requirements..necessities. Homage must be paid, prayers uttered, goats molested, ululations emitted and worst of all, be at Chinook by 7:45.
am i the only one who is concerned with the temps? looks like we will fine, but a little warm no?
somebody smack the shit out of me if i'm way off base.
BC - Consider yourself smacked!!!
(i say ever so hopefully)

seems as the 'convergance' zone centers around crystal sat. see youz there!
More concerned - but perhaps Just a touch tart :)
Can't do Wednesday and my Saturday now depends on backing out of several seasonal social events that others dear to me care more about than I do.
Which dumbasss decided to have Christmas in ski season?
edit: have hoots getting your sack massaged tomorrow
I've just put on a windbreaker and started running in your direction...
I'm estimated to arrive at around 5pm near SEA-TAC on Friday according to my GPS.
May I entreat this august collection of PNW powheads to encourage certain Coloraggots to follow though on their bones.
No, but I'm carrying one of these to film my progress:

I'll be up there, my favorite hill, Friday and Saturday.
Cheers...
Skipping work today for a merely "good" day is looking like a poor idea now that I want to skip Thursday and Friday for Crystal goodness.
Fuck. Maybe I can get away with one of them, but certainly not both :(
As long as my leg is healed well enough (crossing fingers AND toes), I'll see you guys in line Sat. morning.
Trigger = pulled. :D
PNWerizing!
have fun y'allz
...visions of powderPlum faecshots danced thru their heads...
lookin forward to the porthole jammed with TRs from Maggronaut explorations
all my local skirtlifters are midgets...
but hey, they're quick and easy and fun for the kids

!!DURRRRRRRP DURP I LIKE COLDER TEMPS SOFT SNOW AND SHREDDING THE RAD WITH FRIENDS, DO YOU LIKE COLDER TEMPS SOFT SNOW AND SHREDDING THE RAD WITH FRIENDS TOO? DURRRRPP DURP!!!
p.s. i'm pretty sure this weekend will be at least kinda fun, if not pretty fun. there is a slim chance it could even be, dare i say, really fun.
Saturday is queued for Crustal. Sled Highmen will pass through Preston about 6:00 a.m with at least one spare seat (in serious leather).
But since today at the Silver Court was cut short by the Crustal patrols sagaciousness, Thursday is up in da air. Crustal or Alpie? Alpie or Crustal?
Decisions, decisions?
Do I go for the more mellow and expansive area with a chance of not as much but better snow or opt for easy access to shred the gnar with the chance of wallowing in slugsnot in more a confined locale.
Decisions...decisions....
fryday... Calling in with powderitis.....see ya at Crystal.
Upper mtn. at Xtal is going to be closed Thursday due to predicted high winds. Wouldn't be surprised to see it closed Friday too if the winds hang around past the morning hours.
I predict a lack of skiers on the upper mt. this week plus drastically dropping freezing levels and ample precip means creamy goodness on Saturday.
EXTENDED FORECAST FOR FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY
Very strong westerly winds and moderate to heavy snow or snow showers Friday with locally heavy accumulations likely along the west slope areas. Showers decreasing late Friday and early Saturday. Cool with scattered light showers decreasing and some slow clearing Saturday. Cool and mostly sunny Sunday with light winds.
* SNOW LEVELS
500-1500 ft N, 1-3000 ft S early Friday
