Noooo! I'm super interested in trying the 193 EHPs ... but I must resist the temptation of some sort of group deal.
Argh!
if my brother gets them, i'll trade you time on those for time on the 138s and 120s...
Wait...he gives up someting and you get something? Shouldn't *he* be the one to get time on the 138s/120s??? :DQuote:

bump cause im no longer poor and want these skis
any one know anything about how bombproof these skis are or are supposed to be, i want them but am questionable about 4frnts construction
Well if you live on the east coast, it won't matter because you'll never be able to ski these.Quote:

soul_skier...your ski "time-share" proposal is one step closer to completion.Quote:

i think mc_roon wins for amassing the most gear while crying poverty!
(ah...now i know why he's always poor.)
(some stuff you "might" have enjoyed in the yay area prolly costs a bit more than it does where you are now.)
hahaha, very funny. And, while my poor/not poor state changes a lot, i actually dont have that much gear, certainly less then you considering the 120s and the 138s you just ordered. And, i still want some EHPsQuote:

for the record, i'd love to try the 193, although they have no practical purpose for me other than in a heli or far away from the resort. (which, i think, is the point...they shound perfect with those dimensions/length..and anything less would be a waste.)
Seriously, we need to lobby 4Front for the Touring/Tele/”My mountain is only 1,800 feet vertical and has trees” version of the EHP. Or convince PMG to blatantly steal the design and make a version of those of us on the Pink Team. Tyrone, you’re not a afraid of a little patent infringement are you?Quote:

Yeah, tele skiing got alot easier for me when I stopped turning and just went straight.Quote:

wasn't splat lamenting the fact that the ARG was very similar to the dimensions of the lotus in another thread? probably not the best person to ask to blatantly copy a design.
It is, if you ski a mountain with a Tram (Heavenly doesn’t count).Quote:

That could be arranged. PM or email me and we'll figure it out.Quote:

It is already a 193. If you want them to step it up, lets see something like a 200 :eek:Quote:

i've been talking with alpine shop here in VT, i'm hooking MC roon up with a pair for pretty cheap through the uvm ski and snowboard club, and when i go back later this week i'll ask about the possibility of a group buy. I just need a # of how many people would be intested. BY NO MEANS does this mean that there will be a group buy, i haven't even mentioned it to the manager yet, it would just be nice to have a # when i do talk to him. On a related note, i can probably for sure pull 2 pair of EHPs for cheap if someone can find me 180 MSPs in new or friggin close to new condition for a reasonable price.
4frnts new website is up.
just talked to soul_skier - the shop isnt carrying 4frnt at all. fuck. so ill still be looking for a deal on EHPs, let me know what you got
