This is a damn good thread. Thanks for the info. Being a happy owner of about 8 Wustof classics and a single Gran Prix, I think I can come up with about 1000 higher priority things to think of spending $$$ on (like uber-fat skis, or a ham sandwich for lunch tomorrow, or a christmas present for my dog).
