I am flying out to Montrose in January to check out the golf course neighborhoods. We are looking to move next Summer.

I am trying to get more information about the area. This all helped. I was wondering - what is wrong with living in Montrose? It seems to have everything I need. Prices look reasonable.

I would probably get the MCP, and a Telluride weekday
pass. Looking to get back into sleds, dirtbikes, fishing, and rafting. Why not? I get to retire in 2025 at the age of 55.

Its ok, you can gaslight, I know fitting in and feeling like people think you're normal is most important to you. Go delete your pots if you want. You aren't normal, you're the radical fringe, and the rest of the country is clear onthat.
