I finally stopped tormenting myself and ordered the last pair of 187s.
Ski with the missus ski, low tide Craigieburn, travel, spring bonanza. Really looking forward to these.

M, I think they'll be a ton of fun all over. Like how I love to bring the fr110s around with the kids, or in the tight woods, or when I can't see shit. Jibby and stable. The AMs probably a lot more so.
Marshal has wanted to do these for a long time, so I'm really happy to see he got them ready. I'll buy some as soon as the Norwegian kroner get out of the shitter myself!

High hopes for them, Arild. Been so keen to get on the HL programme.
NZ dollar not exactly a stellar performer these days, so it hurt a bit, but these made a lot of sense. Was attracted to powder tourers, but I have my Protests; charger skis, but I have 3 LPs and a pair of Monsters; mid-wide DDs, but I have my MVPs. My old Fischer Rangers pretty much died this low tide NZ winter, so these will replace, and hopefully surpass, those.
Welp I couldn't resist despite my best intentions.
HL quiver for the upcoming season. In bounds: AM100, FR110, FR132. Touring: BC90, BC120ST.
I gotta say the BC100 graphic might be my favorite HL art so far. Strong work MO!
Honestly, if i was starting from total scratch, a pair of the new graphic C132’s and BC100’s would be a pretty damn good combo.

I definitely like the trend for the carbon bc skis to have landscape/mountainscape topsheets!
It was very difficult to choose the AM over the BC even though I have a tweener ~102mm touring ski already. I don't think anyone has posted the BC topsheet in here yet so here it is for those who haven't seen it!

Hey Marshal - I have a couple of suggestions:
- that flow chart might be good to put on the website
- it is difficult to know off the top what skis can be ordered for this season and which ones are simply sold out. It might be helpful to have a lineup list for skis that are available; skis that are sold out that may be back; and skis that are no longer available

Hey man, definately appreciate the thoughts! And great minds think alike. Unless something changes downstream, I do not anticipate having any skis that are currently listed as "sold out" until spring at the earliest or next fall most likely. With that in mind:
An "available this season" section is live and you can access it from the homepage and main dropdown. If the ski is listed in this group and is "buyable", give'r and it will ship by approx new years. If it isn't, it is sold out, it is marked as such, and you cannot add it to your cart.
There is also a "reserve a pair" area that I am piloting. Based on how folks reserve and historical selling numbers, this will inform my order for 2025 to the factory, which is due in a few weeks. If there are not at least a few reservations on certain sold out models, they will not be produced for next season. Folks with reservations will be at the front of the line any time new or used pairs free up, and also will access best possible preorder pricing.
The flow chart is currently being integrated more holistically into the overall website experience, as you can see in the screenshots below.
Cheers!

Why you hatin?
KJT out there defending and repping! My man!
FR110 feels more modern/progresive, more damp, faster, as precise on edge yet also more loose than most skis I’ve tried. More young guys and NSers should be on them. I’m letting a few young gun rippers at UNR try them out since I have some demo binders on mine.
Here’s this damn thread!

So damn excited for this ski. Profile looks money. Knowing the FR build, this skis is going to be an easy choice on so many ski days. Question now is Gold or Super Pivots... leaning towards the Supers and swapping brakes.

Yup they look awesome. Eagerly waiting on mine.
I have raw (95mm) and gold (115mm) Pivot 15s in the garage. May have to do a brake swap and then a raw + gold Pivot combo on these. HL’s deserve to be different.

Pull an Arild.
Aside from that FKS I mounted on my R110s I also have an SPX15 that is minty and Rossi branded white/red 15c. I wanted to use the toes with my FKS heals to pull an Arild. But the toes are 1-2mm lower/not the same without the SPX plate. I was bummed when I took it apart and compared.
Pull an Arild when you can, people. It’s total throw-back to 80’s skateboard culture of swapping trucks and wheels with your homies.

Just stopping by to say this ski looks rad! Stoked to see the more progressive mount freeride/am skis coming to fruition.

I know Marshal is working as quick as possible to get these ready and shipped, but now I am starting to feel the froth! I want mine so bad with these current lowtide conditions that would make an excellent testing ground.
Yayyyyyyzzzzzz!!!!!!

I need these in my life. I've never had a great ski in the >110m part of my inbounds quiver. Will there be another run in 2025?
man, this seems like right up my alley. just gotta wait for a pair to hit the outlet in my price range.
Bloody hell, as we say in the Antipodes, these look insane!
I felt slightly guilty ordering mine, knowing I wouldn't ski them for ages. Seeing those photos, though; did the right thing for sure.
Btw, I let Marshall know that I'm in no hurry, so put me at the back queue. Hopefully one you of gets his skis a little sooner.
Please post some initial thoughts/mini reviews asap. And real world weight?
Fwiw, mine are getting og Forzas

Had to pop over and check it out. Alta is very very lowtide across the board.
The AM 100 is exactly what I wanted out of this quiver spot. I don't know how MO did it but the skis able to lock in on medium to longer ish turns while still being able to break free into drifts. The small pocket of camber just adds another beautiful layer to cake that is HL suspension. They are extremely intuitive... like 2-3 turns and I was at home. Only 6 runs today but I can confidently say I will be reaching for these more than I ever would have thought I would with a 100. I think if you are someone that has enjoyed the FLs and want something I bit less work in bumps or tight areas these will work wonderfully. On the flipside if you've enjoyed the R/FR110 and their pivoty nature this is your low tide huckleberry.
Nice mini review! I've cycled so many skis thru this quiver spot looking for a modern drifty charger that plays well in variable snow
193-5cm in the cards?
