Show us the heels if you could. Anyone with more pics?
Seems like some packages are arriving, who’s mounting up tonight/this weekend?

Your brand new pivots look more beat up that mine that have gone thru 4 seasons
Wow ya that’s horrible. Looks like fed ex played kickball with your box. 6 pairs from bobs and I’ve never had any issues like that. I’ve had a chip or two but as others have mentioned that’s a look issue not bobs. Look packages then just so bad. No protection what so ever knowing their paint finishes chip fairly easy.
those are clapped.. id be happy to take them off your hands for the cost of shipping ;)
didn't realize they made 18s in the 2.0, thought I remember reading they were only dropping a 15 din version in the 2.0
I received a response from Bob this morning requesting photos and an brief explanation. I looked at the heels this again this morning that the have some light scratches but nothing I would have a huge problem with.
Not sure if it was Fed Ex's fault or not. The box it came in looked pristine. Not a mark nor crushed corner. Almost looks like they were put into original shipping box this way.
it’s a combo of look/fedex fault. Look has the worst packaging period for bindings that are mainly metal. There’s absolutely nothing to protect them and they just lay the metal toes on top of each other. So when fedex even lightly mishandles the box the toes rattle around like a pack of tictacs. Putting the look box in another box wouldn’t solve that problem.
Holy shit, if they look like that after shipping what would they look like after a ski season?

How much more would you Pivot fans be willing to spend for an anodized paint job that wouldn't chip up like the powder coat does?
Have bought from bobs leisure 3x the past two seasons (all pivots) and have been super impressed with their shipping/prices, for what its worth
Bob Leisure is a great place to buy bindings. If you catch the prices at the right time you can score. Every time I have ordered bindings they show up in three days. I don't know how they do it.
