Cool...my parents cabin is near Cumberland, WI.....caught a couple of small mouths out of the canoe on the Namakogan this August...summer in Wisconsin is tough competition to summers and rivers in the West unfortunately....good problem to have.....Cheers, Chet

I've been fortunate that I've grown up with our family having a cottage on an acre Island that's in the middle of nowhere. I totally agree that there's something romantic about having your own island. It feels just a little bit more lawless.
