I really like hiking/backpacking in a kilt sans undergarments. I have dealt with swamp crouch, and this seems to help me. To each their own...

Took a risk to hike naked in pretty remote area which is justifable risk. It was a great exprience tbh, it was very freeing!
Kilts are great for airing out the dangly bits.
