Maybe it's time to talk to Gov Hickenlooper about all that fracking in CO. It used a shocking amount of water and lots of methane leaks into the atmosphere. Methane is a much more potent greenhouse gas than CO2. Fracking is using up your water and helping drive up temperatures.
Add the Sultan of Brunei to that talking list. He uses 15M gallons/year at his NV estate that he visits 2x/year.

And Elon Musk. Do you know how much water it takes to cool battery manufacturing (hopefully collecting/recycling the vapor?)? I am not a scientist, but I have been told it is a shit-ton. Tesla NV factory silently burning through a fair amount. How many others out there?
