What I said way back when people started whining about political threads in the PR. Once they created polyass and mods to enforce where shit was posted this place was pretty much done (at least in terms of how it was pre-moderation), so I stand by banning the pron. Doesn't seem possible to go back to how this place once was. TGR decided they wanted a moderated board, so to some degree they now have to take responsibility for what is posted here (at least what is allowed to remain posted). They own it (metaphorically). Not sure why this is such a big issue at this point.

They wouldn't sign my consent form so I cut off their fucking heads.

I come on here to discuss ski/bike stoke, along with gear, but the timeline is filled with all this junk lately. That’s where it becomes a nuisance for me. I have to weed through a bunch of horse shit just to find the ski threads.

What I should have said, is Mods should lock the padded room, like poly ass, so those of us who come on here for stoke dont have to weed through crap on the timeline.

That would barely affect any PR posters, and really help control all this complaining. It would take only 3 seconds to enter the password, and PR posters would have no difference after that. But those who do not enter the password, would have no more reason to bitch. The posts wouldnt clog up the timeline for them.

you do realize that there are other ways to look at threads than the timeline, right? On the app, you can browse to ski/snowboard, and whoa, there are all the threads for you in one place, ordered by most recently posted in. Wow, isn't that cool? Using the timeline is your way of saying "I want to see all of what is happening in TGR in one place". That includes the Padded Room. Fuck, the PR is where all the OGs hang out. If you don't want to see all of TGR lumped together, use another way of seeing TGR. Fuck trying to impose your whiny "there's too many non-skiing threads" on the rest of us.
