I am, but I'm not really a Surface Tablet guy. Unless it's just a basic question about specs. I can help with that.

Since necro-bumps are all the rage I'm gonna try to piggyback this thread.
Someone signed up for an Apple ID using my email address and now I have like 15 emails asking me to confirm my email. Apparently Apple went ahead and set up the Apple account based on their phone number without ever getting that confirmation but I keep getting notices: "thanks for signing in to iCloud!!!"
I changed my password just to be safe, but haven't gotten any of those "was this you?" emails. It's a pretty random email and they apparently split it up to create a "name" to give Apple, otherwise I'd just assume it was a mistake. Confirmation of account via Apple website shows it does exist and apparently they have a phone number associated with it.
Is there any point to this kind of exercise? Trying to get me to argue it so they can confirm my email is real and deluge me with crap? Should I expect to be contacted by the FSB next?
Police report for starters.
