I concur, the 191 Ritual is an extremely versatile ski and excellent in the crud. I did not like it at first because it has an incongruent personality. The sidecut and flex are different on the front and back (stiffer/longer vs softer/sharper), but the corrugated titanium rib and wood give it a nice damp feel. It is a weird combination of narrow (103) waist and wide (138) tip, but once you get it figured out it is a Swiss army knife that can be used with confidence in almost any situation. A good candidate for an mostly non-groomer one-ski quiver. It has a fair amount of camber but enough rocker to make it nimble for a 191. Very relaxing in deep snow with a good combo of flex, float and bulldozability.
I'll second the El capo mention. Cheap and its the daily driver up here for AK muck for me.
