Incredible season, thanks for sharing.
Yeah man! That "alpha" coolie on Four Horsemen is boss, huh?
Wow as usual buddy! :yourock:
Thanks for the Revs beta dude! I knew I forget someone in the first post.
Yeah Alpha is awesome. Everything on that mountain(s?) is big, steep, and perfect (I guess the whole range is). We made an attempt on the lines lookers right and left of Alpha and got shut down by unconsolidated 60+deg snow or ice and poor/incorrect rack choices. Its a toss up between Alpha and the FATRS on the West side of the Angel for line of the trip.

No worries! As long as folks are enjoying the stoke I couldnt care less where the thread goes.
you went in with Clint? That was a great route they put up.
there is a local jackson area guy that has definitely done the routes in there also. Tom Walter was a friend and ski partner. the photos brought back memories of hanging out talking climbing with him. long expensive flight glad you found some good conditions.
I think Tom maybe climbed with Greg Collins there in the mid-1980's. When Greg saw my pics from the Revs a few years ago he commented about how much mass the glaciers had lost. It was pretty low snow when I was there a couple years ago, but it looks like you guys hit it on a deeper year, Aaron. Looks like it was a great trip!
That is correct. I always figured snow conditions could be pretty thin out there.
