Clockwork Orange, Christmas Vacation, and True Romance
In my college dorms we had Repo Man on a nearly continuous loop.
"But Otto, what about our relationship?"
"Fuck that."
I almost can't pull myself away any time Princess Bride or Shawshank Redemption is on.
Princess Bride
Holy Grail
Repo Man
Spinal Tap
Animal House
Star Wars
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
Untouchables, my all time favorite.

Only movie I saw in the theaters more than once, I saw it three times. So in a sense, it is my answer to this question.
But overall, the movies I have seen the most are the ones on TV, that I stop and watch when they're on (which I now realize won't happen again, since I have netflix and no cable TV now).
Office Space
Princess bride
Shawshank
Breakfast Club
Stripes
Lebowski (not on tv much, but I have probably actually watched this movie on DVD/VHS more than any other)
Groundhog Day
Dumb and Dumber
Shawshank
Scarface
Forgot Mad Max. That's probably #2 behind Star Wars. Used to watch it every chance I got as a kid and still get sucked in if it's on when I'm channel surfing.
True Grit
Debbie Does Dallas. Never gets old.
Godfather 1 and 2
Goodfellas, just because it's on cable so much and, if so, it's almost always the best thing playing.
For the guys hating on The Matrix, I get it. You're core. You do a really good "whoa!" impression of Keanu Reeves.
But for those who enjoy martial arts and sci fi, it's pretty friggin good. Again, the original is by far the best, the sequels are good too but not able to stand alone as a great flick like the first.
Little Nicky. I watched that shit once a day over a summer break. Over 100x easy.
Good Fellas
Iron Monkey
36 Chambers
Shaolin v Wu Tang
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Back to the Future.
Dr. Strangelove never gets old
Surprised no one has mentioned the Blues Brothers?
Bond movies, Pink Panther series, The Great Escape, Longest Day... bunch of WW2 films from that period.
Star Wars
Vacation
Xmas Vacation
Caddyshack
I would have, but I ran out of gas! I--I had a flat tire! I didn't have enough money for cab fare! My tux didn't come back from the cleaners! An old friend came in from out of town! Someone stole my car! There was an earthquake! A terrible flood! Locusts! IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD!!!
Realistically, prolly "Its a wondeful life" because I watch it every year since before microwaves and I don't even own it. Casablanca probably ranks up there as well.
If I find any of these on cable (which i can pretty much just about anytime) I can instantly start reciting the dialogue which totally annoys ms. MT (skipping the obovious stripes, caddyshack, etc.)
risky business
Rocky III
Outsiders

Ski movies would have to be Ski Movie 3 and Happy Days. Got them both on VHS one summer in college and watched me both almost every day until it snowed.
Aspen Extreme
Dumb and Dumber
Shawshank Redemption
Tommy Boy
Star Wars
Christmas Story
Believe (the ski movie) - 35 minutes of amazing ski porn and cool tunes
That's high on the list, it's on TV a lot and I always want to watch this scene.

Caddyshack. Without a doubt.
Growing up it was Stand by Me and Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Christmas Story. There's times on Christmas where I fall asleep in front of the fire and wake back up at the exact same spot in the move. I'll just keep on keepin' on.
Definitely Super Troopers.
Cars.
My son loves Mater

OK Joan Wilder, let's see you write us out of this one.
This thread is more revealing than I thought it would be.
