The vid is hilarious. If I didn't have a potential conflict, I would be there. There is a good chance that I may show up later if things are still going on.
Hey guys,
Not to harp on the keg thing, but it seems like it's meant to be. There's someone going up on Friday, and I could have him pick one up for me. Pabst is $60, Fat Tire is $110. I'm probably already having him get one for me, so if you guys want one I'd be asking him to pick up two. I bet he'd do it if I offered to cover his gas expenses. So if you guys want one, just let me know. It sounds like it'll be a fun time either way. My friend and I definitely want to get to the Warren Miller movie too.
If there's a keg at our place and anyone leaves to go see a fuggin Warren Miller flick, I'm kicking their ass.
Figuratively speaking, of course.
We'll finish the damn keg beforehand then. I'm no WM fan, but my roommate's all about it. Then again he grew up in Connecticut. I think any new ski porn is good ski porn at this point though.
I'll be around then I'll bring a bunch of that delicous licquor called vodka & Tequila (no, I will not disgrace myself by bringing that crap called Jose Cuervo, I like good tequila).
Frizzo PM the address for your place in SLC.
Todd
Bump, cause fish thaw is only 4 days-out.
Fish prepared two ways...
-One marinated in either a ginger/soy or jerk marinade then grilled
-One grilled with herbs and finished with a butter/dill/lemon/red pepper glaze (and any other crap I toss in the pot)
Please indicate if you'll bring sides, chips, utensils, instructional videos on hemp usage, religious icons, eyewitness accounts of Endless sightings (where the heck is that dude and has he kept the streak alive this summer?) etc...
Keg decision? Or someone just make the power move.
I've already got the keg. I got hammered last night, and I don't really feel like trashing my place (more than it already is) with a party anyway, so I'm most likely gonna be bringing it for everyone's enjoyment. However, there was an outrageous incident last night involving somebody half-tapping it in a drunken stupor, but I don't think much pressure was lost, so hopefully it won't be flat.
That description of the fish is making my mouth water - sounds awesome. I still think we're interested in seeing the WM movie - is anybody else?
It's possible to have a keg and not trash your house, as everyone will see next Saturday or Woodsy will bounce their ass. :cool:Quote:

I'm sure this shindig will be composed of much more considerate and mature people than the riff-raff that show up to my keggers.
xover is too much of a pooner midwest bitch than to show up at one of my parties.Quote:

Bump for a good cause:
Please Bring kids mittens, gloves, beanies or money for Underpriviledged Kids in SLC
Edit: The Mrs had a good thought on this, pool the money and have an unemployed guy (not naming names, too many :D ) to go out to thrift shops and really make the money go far.
i cant really cook so well but ill bring plenty of liquor. anyone in need of high quality herbal supplements pm me so i know how much to get.
How about I bring some brews and some baked goods (sorry peeps, they won't have herbal supplements). Brownies sound good?
What are you getting for a keg? If it is something like Fat Tire I'll chip in, otherwise I bring a big bottle or two of Vodka.Quote:

ColdSmoke just called me and told me about this. I haven't had time to read through the threads. Tell us each what to bring and we'll be there.....I guess we'll be there even if someone doesn't tell us what to bring, but we'd feel better if we brought something. :)
Bump, suckas!
double bump
So what should I bring? Besides a camera to record the crime scene. ;)
I know where the frizz lives, so what time to show up to eat fish?
For GT!Quote:

By the time I around to eting I decided that fish didn't seem to appetizing so I just continued on with the cheap, red wine.
Great to meet a bunch of new folks and see some of the old guard come outa the woodwork.
Raised around 70-bucks to donate to my nephew who's getting 100 pair of socks, mittens, and hats for needy kids...very cool!
