i get your point. numbers play a roll in virtually every basball decision that is made by any club to get them to the last out of the last inning of the last game of the world series. then its up to god.

I'm heading to Boston July 9-11. I have tix to both the Friday night and Saturday games against the Rangers.

I may also be going to Cape Cod for a conference June 24-25 depending on if I switch jobs here soon. If not, I was gonna stay in Beantown that weekend and see the Sox play the Phillies on Saturday June 26.

I'd be down for a Fenway mini possibly.

tell me this, do you ever see your team loose a closely contested regular season game, and if you have watched such a game, do you wish your team had won, and maybe speculate on what they could have done better in those situations where they failed? or do you just not care about how many games they win untill "it counts"

I'm in for a BoSox mini. I'll be driving up there next Thursday night (June 24th) from NJ for the game on the 25th against the Phils. I think we're doing the Fenway tour around 12-1ish Friday too. I could definitely make it up there for another weekend though. When is this quasi mini?

so around 15 tickets. Unfortunately all group sales are sold out, so it would be up to use to get individual tickets, unless snorkle can work some magic. Looking at weekend games doesnt look like many cheap seats are left(I'd like to spend as little as possible on seats, and more on alcohol) but we can get enough standing room tickets for the Sept 4th(sat) game against texas, which runs 20 bucks. July weekend dates are sold out, and august is too except for 40+ dollar seats.

whateva guy. i just want to get to a game. should we look for individual tix, or wait to see what snorkel can pull off?

Damn, I had forgotten about this. Way to bring it back from the dead, boyz. I'm up for something in July or August if there are tix around, but I'm exiting the Bean for Zion as of August 28th, so I'd be a nu-uh on the suggested September date.

obviously easier to pull this off for a less popular game, but let me see what i can get together. Time wise, have we agreed on a weekend .. for me 2nd or 3rd week of july or some time in august is probably the easiest and it would probably need to be a weekend game.
