All reggae all the time... But the one reggae album that really hits it is Alpha Blonde live from Paris. Can be hard to find but it's insane. He doesn't even speak in English, for all I know he could be saying I hate skiing but the beats and the solos are awesome on this album for ripping powder. Politici is the shit.
If not reggae I have a stacked iPod that I scroll through on the lift. I've caught myself skiing to the Dead, Phish, and then Madonna and Prince all in the same day. If the groove is right don't fight it.
Jurassic 5 is also great to ski to if you're into hip-hop.

I know the worst shit driving up LCC. Shotgun put some Country (and Western) on. Nearly drove off the road trying to get the damn stuff to stop. Best to get to the ski area without sounds and contemplate lines to be taken. On long drives slap on an opera - it makes the time go fast and the accelarator to be heavy. I'll never forget rolling up to Big White a few years back with my buds, and it's fucking nuking out. Tool's Ticks & Leeches is just hitting the final crescendo of sonic rock and roll dominance, and we're all zoned right into it glowing with the buzz of pow to come and wicked tunes that fit the mood so tight.
