I know someone who caught an employee putting 27 grand on their credit card, the cops issued a warrant, but wont drive over the river to arrest them, too far, diff juristiction. 27,000 fucking dollars.
The best thing we can do is, take over a small part of the Selkirk's, and create our own state, complete with helicopter and dungeon for lowlife's, thats my plan.

DD- Make sure that all the credit agancies are notified of this so that your credit score doesn't get screwed up by all the attempted over-withdrawals.
About a month ago I had about $1700 on my CC- mostly western union, plus the crazy fnce charges for that kind of thing. So far my CC company has been cool, but it's still a pain in the ass and I wish I knew where they got my #'s. Called the cops and of course they didn't even return my call. I did, however, get yelled at this summer by the cops since i wasn't riding my bike single file with my buddies :rolleyes2

Someone used a stolen card at my buddy's ski shop in Tahoe. Not long after there were FBI agents investigating the thefts. Never heard how it all turned out in the end, But at least there's a little bit of hope.

I had my business card # stolen a few years ago. Overnight more than 12k was burned through and they drained my account and then ran it over. I checked in the morning to see if my sales tax check had cleared and found out it bounced because of this. The state fined me $10k (eventually they rescinded the fine) and it caused all sorts of other problems. I had to get a loan to cover the check to the tax dep't. and then it took almost six months to recover most of the money. It put my biz growth about a year behind and it was almost two months until I had recovered enough to start taking a paycheck again. Turned out one of my suppliers had a rotten employee who had a gambling problem and had collected a bunch of card #'s and went and f*cked us all. I think, other than the obvious, what really pissed me off the most was this douche partied in Vegas like I never did. He got a $4000 room at Caesars and had some great meals, $1200 for dinner and 800 for breakfast! He then proceeded to buy a used car and wrecked it before they caught him. Where he really screwed up was using the cards in multiple states so it became a Federal issue, he ended up spending a year in the can!!!!
