You're right Nancy, Vinman and MtnMan (about the brace), just been doing exactly what they tell me in PT (not an extra set, more minutes on the bike, etc.) and nothing at home yet (except elevating and ice) and I've felt a progression in the last week. Tonight did one set of 10 without wobbling on one of the things that hurts the most.... standing on the bad leg and throwing a ball against a small trampoline. First time I did this and felt proud of myself.Quote:
