Favorite aspect of storm skiing is low-vis white out conditions with big fat flakes falling so fast you have 2 inches on you by the time you get off the lift. Wind is nice, but not so much that lifts close. The lack of crowds is really a bonus, although with low-vis you just duck into the trees to find solitude even if there are people out and skiing.
