If these were faster and more powerful I'd mount my bindings backwards and as I overtook you all climbing, in my own track while facing you backwards, I'd take a deep drag from a cigarette and blow you the finger, and mutter something intelligible in french. That would be proper etiquette with these things.
Also going in circles a few times around people as they skin up before I head to the top seems appropriate. A bluetooth speaker blaring needs to be carabinered to my pack too I think.

Maybe something portable with a light weight ski length treaded track skin powered by a state of the art Tesla battery in a carbon housing that can easily be stowed in an airbag pack on the downhill. Maybe a the track can be controlled by two carbon idler wheels. Esch e-skin should weigh no more than 900g with mechanics and track.
All this faffing around with strapping tracks to skis is never gonna work. Just give me an AI equipped snowmobile that can drive itself back to bottom of the run and pick me up.
