In regards to a thread for each ski, it is necessary says me. I hate digging for info in a thread for just that ski. Would much rather search that ski and pull the exact thread dedicated to that ski, whoever makes it.

That's actually a whole different ski lol. It's hard to keep track and I follow this stuff closely.

I think there is more discussion on that ski in the general HL thread or the FR110 thread.

The WH/Shadowfax is a love child of the HB122 flex and the r/fr shape. It’s a 110 193 and was only a 5 ski run I believe.

Took a long time to knock off jeffery108 as my favorite soft snow daily, but the FR did it. The jeff108 was easy to ski in the trees. The fr was going where I wanted to go before I decided I wanted to go there. Mindlessly easy

Yeah I am expecting firmer date pretty soon. Right now I am targeting skis delivered to everyone before new years, but we also know how +/- a couple days around the holidays can also really make or break a trip if you have one planned. M, I think they'll be a ton of fun all over. Like how I love to bring the fr110s around with the kids, or in the tight woods, or when I can't see shit. Jibby and stable. The AMs probably a lot more so.

Marshal has wanted to do these for a long time, so I'm really happy to see he got them ready. I'll buy some as soon as the Norwegian kroner get out of the shitter myself!

High hopes for them, Arild. Been so keen to get on the HL programme.

NZ dollar not exactly a stellar performer these days, so it hurt a bit, but these made a lot of sense. Was attracted to powder tourers, but I have my Protests; charger skis, but I have 3 LPs and a pair of Monsters; mid-wide DDs, but I have my MVPs. My old Fischer Rangers pretty much died this low tide NZ winter, so these will replace, and hopefully surpass, those.

Welp I couldn't resist despite my best intentions.

HL quiver for the upcoming season. In bounds: AM100, FR110, FR132. Touring: BC90, BC120ST.

I gotta say the BC100 graphic might be my favorite HL art so far. Strong work MO!
Honestly, if i was starting from total scratch, a pair of the new graphic C132’s and BC100’s would be a pretty damn good combo.

It was very difficult to choose the AM over the BC even though I have a tweener ~102mm touring ski already. I don't think anyone has posted the BC topsheet in here yet so here it is for those who haven't seen it!

Regardless, this will likely, and finally, dethrone my OG Gotama. Even the M102 failed to do that. Sure, the M102 carved soft groomers better than my Gotama, but it didn't ski general soft snow better. That was kind of insane to me. 20 years of tech just failed to deliver.

I've always said-- "I wish my Gotama was ~5mm narrower underfoot with a few less meters of radius." And now, these numbers are that, and with a touch of rocker in front and rear. And, let's not forget to mention a legit core.

The AM100, on paper, looks like the ski the Gotama always wanted to be.

I don't know why Volkl was so scared to make it. No metal. 130-100-122, r21ish, Just a simple, burly wood core, a sheet of fiberglass, and a touch of rocker on both ends. It's such a simple ski.

Some compared it to Wizard Explosive. I compare it to Gotama. I also called the M102 a Gotama 2. I think this AM100 is the name it deserves-- AM100.

Hey Marshal - I have a couple of suggestions:

- that flow chart might be good to put on the website
- it is difficult to know off the top what skis can be ordered for this season and which ones are simply sold out. It might be helpful to have a lineup list for skis that are available; skis that are sold out that may be back; and skis that are no longer available
