I was just talking this weekend with my hiking partner about trying to trip this winter with the kids and switching off skiing.
We will have to see how things are closer to the date but looks like too good of a crew not to make an effort.

I’m a very probably. I’ll know more closer to the event but I don’t see why not at least one day. It’s been my home mountain longer than any other resort I’ve frequented. Love that mellow hill, it’s my jam.

Since that is just days before EuroBBI I can't even consider going, but it sounds awesome.
This might work, Have friends on patrol Alta and Snow Basin so road trip ending there plus it's my birthday!

I think going that route is way more scenic anyway. Have done both normal routes from SLC to Jackson and prefer going by Bear Lake. Not perfect for getting back to PC but not horrible either.Quote:

Been a long time since I skied with internet strangers. A little far out but right now the dates work, the wife gave me the green light. Passing by Alta on the the way there added bonus. Need to get back to my ski road tripping roots.
