Stripped this one down a bit and swapped to 2x10 SRAM for Xactuation to run mountain derailleurs and drop bar brifters. Used with both 650b and 2.1" tires as well as 28" Tubular tires for road and commuting.
Sold to Dmitri at Z Cycles for his race bike (<18lb) in the last photo!

Built this bike this last week. Went with a Rodeo Spork and wheels. No chain yet because I am waiting on some more quick links to make a monster chain that can adjust between my three wheel sets. Two shown here at the end (salvaged the HED Belgians and TomCat wheels from my Hakka + Rodeo Carbon wit Renee Herse).
I went with AXS XO1/Red SRAM, cable driven hydraulic 4-pots by Yokozuma/Juin, and a PNW coast dropper. I did put some blips under the bar since the width is over 50CM and got them set up with Redshift. I loose wrapped the bars because I know I will be rewrapping them shortly after I determine my layout after trying this one.
Picked this up mid October... ended up being my slowest build ever.

Put this in another thread I think but finished my ss last week after a long period of deliberation and hunting for cheap parts on pinkbike. Pretty stoked with it especially for the cost

The idea here was to be able to get the kids out of the house and take both out riding by myself. I know... Cargo bike... But I already had the frame and I hate to see it sitting. Kid seat #1 goes on the rear rack, seat #2 goes between the two seatposts in front of the stoker. It's way more fun riding it sitting upright than with the old drop bars that were on it previously. I took it out on it's maiden voyage with my 2.5 y.o. daughter today and she approves.

Frame and shock were used, everything else came from Memorial Day sales. Still need to find the time to dial in the suspension, but so far it's been very fun to ride.
I love how every single maggot is a slut for Manitou/Hayes. That build looks sick

Finally built up and got a few rides on the Geometron. In the current suspension setup it is perfect for smashing through steep rock gardens, but very tricky to handle on moderate and flatter corners.
