Early to mid-90's my brother and I went to see Fishbone at the Orpheum in Boston with Primus opening. All we knew about Primus was they had an interesting bass player and that 'Winona's Big Brown Beaver' single that was on MTV all the time. Of course a few songs in the crowd is chanting 'Primus sucks!' and I remember telling my brother that I thought they were pretty good. I like what I like and don’t spend a lot of time analyzing it or judging myself over it. And All My Life by Foo Fighters is a great tune that I turn up any time it comes on.
One thing I do struggle with is really loud music. There’s a time and a place (alone in my car or at a concert), but the time for me is a lot less often than seems common with a lot of folk.
