For bikes I've enjoyed some of Remy Metailler's videos over the last year or so.
Although I had aggressive inline skates 20+ years ago I'd never seen any vids. Actually thought this was a skateboard video from the thumbnail first time I clicked...sorta weird btw: Danny Beer.
and of course HBS
There’s a couple channels where solo Korean women go car camping. Doesn’t sound so interesting, but there’s a worldwide fan base.
Another thumbs up for Vice Grip Garage. He’s one funny farmer that really knows how to turn a wrench. In a similar South Main Auto is a must watch for anyone who wrenches on rusty beaters or wants to up their diagnostic game. Eric O. is a real pro with a sense of humor. Besides it might just bein upstat NY (?)
AvE is an entertaining guy and good on tools and processes and some how-to. Videos tend to be a little long but there's a shitload of them, you're not gonna run out of them.
American Expedition Vehicles? Shouldnt that be in the GOTOS thread?
On the tangent, never thought that I would be that interested in lathing, but alas, Abom79 got my interest piqued.
Wtf is wrong with me..

Edit: I am relatively retarded today, AvE is not AEV.
More lathe stuff for you, Meathelmet, this one from AvE. I haven't watched this one, it's just an example of the kind of stuff he does.

For machining and tool talk, I already mentioned This Old Tony and Geoffrey Croker but I'm mentioning them again because both are top tier. Abom and Clickspring as referenced above also have a lot of good content. Stefan Gotteswinter is another. AvE has a ton of charisma and a PhD in colloquial double entendre which makes for some entertaining vids but he goes off the deep end sometimes.
Crime Pays But Botany Doesn't - Chicago tough guy Joey Santore takes you on adventures into botany and geology. Something I learned from this channel - the native habitat of the Venus fly trap is limited to a small area of North and South Carolina.
Advoko MAKES is pretty cool

Lots of channels I check in to periodically but these ones almost always have good stuff -
Mark Felton productions - self produced WWII documentaries
Vice news
Half as Interesting
Ronny Dahl
I've seen these mentioned in other threads but not yet in this one. Always good stuff...
4wd 24/7 - epic Australian 4wd adventures
Vinwiki - interesting automotive related stories
Matt's offroad recovery
Edit to add.... if you like F-the-man car repairs check out Samcrac and Rich Rebuilds. Rich does unauthorized repairs and rebuild of Teslas. Sam buys auction cars, often high end/luxury vehicles and tries to repair them on a budget. Both very entertaining.

That Taz sufferfest was bold. Need good attitudes for that kinda “fun” (which these guys clearly have)
Into the dust IV:
That guy Larry Janesky loves to suffer, obviously haha. My body hurts after a 1 day 60 mile techy singletrack moto ride. Deep sand just compounds the effort as well
