Star vs The Forces of Evil
for those with kids in the tweenish or slightly younger category, The Secrets of Sulphur Springs is pretty enjoyable.
Loki is pretty good so far
So, you're saying it's "OK"?
Cuz that's what I'm thinking so far; has not met expectations, but still too early to judge harshly.
Yes, expectations could be unreasonable ......
I enjoyed the first couple episodes of Loki but I had very low expectations
Torn.
Really well done, but damn that was hard to watch.
Disney Plus subscribers are just waiting around for the next Star Wars show, and hoping it doesn’t suck.
The Rescue is awesome. It's about the rescue of the Thai boys soccer team that got trapped in the cave in ~2018. Mostly told by the perspective of the British cave divers that were involved.
5 out of 5 stars, highly recommended.
Agreed on The Rescue. Watched it with my kiddo, we both were riveted even though we knew the outcome.
Watched this afternoon as a family reward for finishing up our taxes.
Had tears most of the way through it. The final scene put me into full sob mode though. Way too similar to the way we had spread some ashes a couple three years ago. Almost too much to take, and more than I needed to put myself through today really. But a damned good movie about good peeps.
Watching BigHero6. It makes me laugh,
Have you guys heard about the Ally McBeal reboot?

Ha - good one.
Sounds mildly amusing, but I can feel the anti-sexism screams already. Why is she-hulk not ..... hulky, but instead trim and hawt?
The Last Tepui
A documentary with Alex Honnold. Beautiful scenery, not a terrible way to spend an hour. But ultimately it kinda fell flat; all build up and then it just kinda ended.
