I think Splats top sheets are cool as hell. If Praxis got a license to use those on their current custom skis, that alone would be cool as hell.
I can’t guarantee I’d buy them, but if I happen to decide to get a Praxis ski, I’d love to have one of those top sheets on it. Not sure exactly which one I’d want, either. It would be so easy to implement it this way, and not require so much development work and cost.

Referring to skis as carbon is often a mislabeled interpretation a hybrid layup.
People don't seem to comprehend the cost and labor pure carbon skis require.

I have some interest in the Kusala.
I’ve heard you bang that drum before and has piqued my interest since I have 191FATS Hybrid. Do they give up anything over the standard? Hardpack performance? Sounds like they get looser at slower speeds and pivot easier where as the standard needs speed to break loose.Quote:

I loved my Hybrid 186 Lhasa Pow Fats, only ski I really regret selling
My Lhasa's were the most fun ski I ever owned....so yes.
A 187 FAT scaled down to 106 under foot with a heavy damp build would be so sick. I could almost see myself with just my 192 ProTest and this ski as a two ski quiver.
