Work with a girl who's last name is Dickstein. She's really pretty but I can still imagine it was hard for her growing up.

Girl in my high school, last name Traylor, married a dude last name Parks. I don't think she uses a hyphenated last name, but if she did it would be Traylor-Parks.
Years ago Letterman used to do a bit where people with names like this would send in copies of their IDs. The best one I remember was an asian guy named Harry Dong.
Not exactly in the same vein but my high school ski coach was Mike Hunt, we used to love yelling his name. Dweebiest guy ever, I don't think he ever picked up on what we were doing.
