After reading this thread I wanted to test out your landing theory so, I went out myself and tried to do this dumb little drop to a rocky transition on my dmr. I crashed too, it wasnt fun. And then to rub it in some, my buddy went off it and landed it perfectly.

Was browsing through the posts and realized I hadn't seen this before. After seeing your first post with this drop, I acutally considered hitting it. Stood on top it, envisoned it going down, but lack of encouragement and forgetting my nut sack of steel made me chicken out. Seeing this carnage through, makes me feel allright about being a pussy about that thing...back to my xc rides
