Pardon the instagram but I had a fantastic day out on the lower provo today. It was rainy, wet, and the midges were going off. 11 to net, first fish on a streamer (lower right). Lots of long pinner browns and one nice pre-spawn rainbow.

Caught this guy on the Yampa around Steamboat. Hard to tell size from the poor photos but he was 18+ inches. Wounds were obviously from a big pike!! And were fresh, within the last week and maybe past couple days. Didnt get a photo of his other side but it was equally marred, perhaps a little less so....he was still interested in feeding tho!
