Ask Kurt or Pat how many frames of each size were made for North America in the first run. If what I was told was true, the number is miniscule.
Friggin bravo Norco however. After watching several other companies their frames had any problems for years and years back when most of them did, it's good so to see a company just man up and deal with it. That kind of stuff makes me more likely to buy one. Sucks that it's something as dumb as chainguide screws going too deep taking your model out.
I reviewed a Norco Fluid LT about 5 years ago. Broke a rear CS. Norco replaced the frame. Marketing (Pete SS) encouraged me to put up as much detail as I wanted about it. They were open about the fact that some early run frames needed extra butting and let me run with the fact that some frames would break and that Norco would replace the frame part - no questions asked.
