I don't see niceholes doing what knumbskull described just that people don't block parking lot entrances, intersections, or driveways when there's no where to go to begin with, hence the massive amount of breaks given.

Learn the rules of the road and follow them, niceholes. If everyone plays by the same rules, we all get where we're going as efficiently as possible.

I often refuse to move when the other driver has the right of way at an intersection but is waving me through. Nope, not gonna do it for two reasons. First is to make a point - you need to go if you have the right of way, so just go and don't try to be "nice." Truly being nice would be following the damned rules. Second reason is that it's not an uncommon scam for someone to wave the other person through then run into them on purpose and claim the other person didn't yield. I'm not setting myself up for that bullshit.

When I'm in Nova Scotia, I can get thru traffic like a knife thru buttah. Being a Masshole where only Nice holes exist has its advantages.

My grandmother could pull off Boston lefts with room to spare. Don't even get me goin on what pedestrians get away with.

i'm the asshole nicehole when driving in boston. i will blatantly cut everyone off by merging last minute and then wave and throw my hands up like i'm lost and don't know where i'm going.

fucking massholes deserve it considering the way those fucks drive up my way.

In all honesty I usually go ahead, but sometimes it's not safe to do so and the nicehole doesn't see it. This is when they usually go ballistic. Funny how quickly "niceness" can turn into road rage.

Right? Like when a nicehole headed the other way is stopped and waving at you to turn left in front of them but people are passing them on their right. The idiots just keep waving at you, holding up their lane.

Ha, ha... I swear, it's the NH drivers who piss me off the most. Always cutting in, not yielding at the rotary or not letting anyone merge onto the highway. I figure it's because they have a longer commute and/or a semi-fear of appearing too country, so they over compensate.

I tend to err more on the nicehole side, but am tired by the lack of thanks... especially from BMW drivers. (Sorry MMP and Crank, but it's true.)

I ran into 2 niceholes yesterday when I was on my bike. Had a stop sign, and was crossing a street that had no stop sign. I was clearly a "vehicle" in the middle of my lane and on my bike, and not looking a pedestrian near the crosswalk. 2 people stopped when they had the complete right of way, no signal or sign, to wave me across. The first I waved through, the second, some 10 seconds later, almost got rear-ended when they stopped, and finally I just grit my teeth and crossed.

How about the guy getting on the highway who instead of using the acceleration lane to the point of merge he crosses the solid white line and insists on merging as soon as possible, causing cars behind to stop to give way to his merge. Instead of 'cutting' into line he causes a traffic jam.

This seems like a good time to ask this . . . if you arrive fourth at a four-way stop, and the guy across from you is the first and going straight . . . do you go along with him if you're going straight, or wait your turn?

Either go shortly after he does, or wait your turn. Don't go as he's 90% through the intersection.

Seriously though, you are correct. NH drivers are complete jerks.

Am I the only one that actually yields when merging onto the highway? When the hell did the Yield sign become the highway drivers sign? Of course if you're on the highway and you can move over for someone coming on then do it...but if you cannot why is it your issue to hit the brakes for the guy not yielding. Maybe for flow of traffic in busy city areas the signs should be changed. Just up here if you just take it easy and yield you can merge in pretty quick.

I hate when walking in the city someone stays at a green light and waves me across the road. Don't worry nicehole, I'll get across just fine without your assistance. I don't need you causing a traffic clusterfuck because you want to be the nice person and let me cross. You do you, and I'll do me.

However It can be taken to the other extreme of practically coming to a stop at the end of the ramp rather than merging into traffic at the speed at which it is moving.

And the niceholes that let you in are the worst. If no one let these idiots in at the last second they'd quit trying to pull that maneuver. Probably the greatest thing in the world is when a semi will move over and block the lane when these people try to do the end-around move.
